简要概述

样品分析方案
概述
准备Bradford工作溶液（50μL）
添加BSA标准品或检测样品（50μL）
在室温下孵育5-15分钟
读取595 nm处的吸光度
注：使用前，请在室温下解冻所有试剂盒组分。
标准溶液制备：
BSA标准溶液：
将20 µL的1 mg / mL BSA标准溶液（组分C）添加到480 µL的PBS（未提供）中，以生成40 µg / mL的BSA标准溶液（BS1）。然后在PBS中执行1：2连续稀释，以得到连续稀释的BSA标准BS2-BS7。注意：有必要为每个测定创建标准曲线。

1.根据表1和表2提供的布局准备BSA标准（BS），空白对照（BL）和检测样品（TS）。
2.向BSA标准品，空白对照和测试样品的每个孔中添加50 µL的Bradford工作溶液，以使总测定体积为100 µL /孔。
3.将反应在室温下孵育5至15分钟。
4.用酶标仪在OD 595 nm处读取吸光度。
