产品介绍

生物素-4-荧光素是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料。这种具有两种功能的生物素偶联物比生物素、荧光素具有更强的结合能力和更强的荧光。从高结合能力、快速结合、不与亲和素和链霉亲和素四聚体协同结合这几方面来讲,它具有与类似亲和素的结合特性, 这些所期待的特性可以把它归类于小尺寸/长度的新配体。因为大/长的生物素衍生物都存在特征性的彼此空间阻碍和在亲和素和链霉亲和素四聚体比例为4:1的混合物中有抗协同结合作用。生物素-荧光素这种特殊的结合相对于亲和素和链霉亲和素,伴随着84%~88%的配体荧光淬灭。它用来定量生物素结合位点。四个生物结合位点,链霉亲和素、亲和素、荧光染料的链霉亲和素偶联物或者酶中的任何一个被结合,发射荧光和光吸收都会淬灭。 因此,知道生物素-4-荧光素的浓度和链霉亲和素的量,就可以估计生物素结合位点的数量。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的生物素-4-荧光素。
