产品介绍

2’,3′-cGAMP或cGAMP(环鸟苷单磷酸腺苷)是由ATP和GTP的cGAS(cGAMP合酶)在胞浆DNA刺激下在哺乳动物细胞中产生的。cGAS生产的cGAMP含有混合的磷酸二酯键,一个在GMP的2′-OH和AMP的5′-phosphate之间,另一个在AMP的3′-OH和GMP的5′-phosphate之间。由于鸟苷和腺苷之间存在非典型的2′-5’磷酸二酯连接,2’,3′-cGAMP也被称为“非正统”cGAMP。与典型的3’,3′-cGAMP类似,2’3′-cGAMP通过与STING(IFN基因的刺激因子)结合并随后诱导IFN-β的TBK1-IRF3依赖性产生,作为激活先天免疫应答的第二信使。通过对其结构和功能研究表明,非标准2’3′-cGAMP与细菌产生的标准3’3′-cGAMP不同。2’3′-cGAMP以比3’3′-cGAMP拥有更大的亲和力与结合能力。cGAMP还被证明是一种能促进小鼠抗原特异性抗体的产生和T细胞反应的有效试剂。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的2’,3’-cGAMP-Cy5 偶联物。
