吲哚菁绿(ICG)是一种用于医学诊断的花青染料。它用于确定心输出量,肝功能和肝血流量,以及用于眼科血管造影。它具有接近800nm的峰值光谱吸收。这些红外线频率穿透视网膜层,使ICG血管造影成像比荧光血管造影更深的循环模式。该ICG酸可用于修饰含有氨基的分子。
