样品实验方案 

溶液配制 

ReadiUse 细菌细胞裂解缓冲液工作液(1X): 将1 mL ReadiUse 细菌细胞裂解缓冲液(5X)加入4 mL  Mili-Q水中,并充分混合。

 

样品示例及操作

  1. 通过离心收集细菌细胞(10,000 g,0°C,15分钟)来制备细菌细胞样品。使用大约100至1000万个细胞/ mL的ReadiUse 裂解缓冲液工作溶液(1X),将处理过的溶液在室温下放置15分钟。
  2. 以2500 rpm离心5分钟,然后将上清液用于进一步的生化分析。
