产品介绍

新型钙离子荧光探针Calbryte-520L, 钾盐是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙离子荧光探针,细胞内钙通量测定法是监测信号转导途径和G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)和钙通道靶标的高通量筛选的一种广泛使用的方法。随后在1989年推出Fluo-3,随后开发了具有改善的信噪比的Fluo-4,Fluo-8和Cal-520,并成为共聚焦显微镜,流式细胞术和高通量筛选应用中广泛使用的Ca2 +指示剂。Calbryte 520L对钙离子的亲和力低,Kd约为90 uM。Calbryte 520L在高浓度钙离子存在下产生明亮的荧光信号。它具有与Fluo-4相同的激发和发射波长,因此相同的Fluo-4测定设置可轻松应用于基于Calbryte 520L的钙测定。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的新型钙离子荧光探针Calbryte-520L, 钾盐。
