生物荧光素是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料。该双功能生物素衍生物用于分光光度测定生物素化程度。该测定基于在生物素存在下链霉抗生物素蛋白/荧光素生物素复合物的荧光增强的动力学分析。荧光素生物素的荧光增强与生物素的浓度成比例。因为该测定适用于5-50uL的小体积或基于珠子的测定,所以检测限可以扩展到飞摩尔范围。动态方面允许将测定扩展到更广泛的应用,包括其用作在微流体装置中进行的层流测定中的试剂混合的指示剂。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的生物荧光素。
