产品介绍

新型钙离子荧光探针Calbryte-520XL AM是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙离子荧光探针,Calbryte 520XL,AM是一种具有极低亲和力的新型荧光且可渗透细胞的钙指示剂。像其他染料AM细胞加载一样,Calbryte 520XL AM酯不发荧光,一旦进入细胞内部,它就会被细胞内酯酶水解并被激活。激活的指示剂是一种极性分子,不再能够自由扩散通过细胞膜,基本上被困在细胞内部。Calbryte 520XL对钙离子的亲和力低,Kd约为300 uM,这与众所周知的Rhod 5N相似,但比Rhod-5N稳定得多。Calbryte 520XL在高浓度钙离子存在下产生明亮的荧光信号。它具有与Fluo-4相同的激发和发射波长,因此相同的Fluo-4测定设置可轻松应用于基于Calbryte 520XL的钙测定。Calbryte 520XL是Rhod-5N的绝佳替代品。我们还提供Calbryte 520XL,钾盐(#20645),Calbryte 520XL-右旋糖酐(#20648),Calbryte 520XL叠氮化物(#20643),它们可以通过众所周知的点击化学轻松地偶联到载体上。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的新型钙离子荧光探针Calbryte-520XL AM。

新型钙离子荧光探针Calbryte-520XL,钾盐是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙离子荧光探针,Calbryte 520XL钾盐是一种新型的荧光且不渗透细胞的钙指示剂,具有极低的亲和力。它的Kd约为300 uM,与著名的Rhod 5N相似,但比Rhod-5N稳定得多。Calbryte 520XL在高浓度钙离子存在下产生明亮的荧光信号。它具有与Fluo-4相同的激发和发射波长,因此相同的Fluo-4测定设置可轻松应用于基于Calbryte 520XL的钙测定。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的新型钙离子荧光探针Calbryte-520XL,钾盐。
