产品介绍

5-CR6G马来酰亚胺是罗丹明6G的硫醇反应性衍生物。对于某些复杂的生物学应用(与重现性相比,材料成本而言更为关键),它是首选的选择(比混合异构体更好),因为5-CR6G和6-CR6G之间的微小位置差异可能会明显影响基础缀合物的某些生物学特性。罗丹明6G是最亮的罗丹明染料之一,但是大多数罗丹明6G染料的溶解度比其他罗丹明染料低得多。对于相似或相当的光谱特性,iFluor染料具有更好的水溶性。
