产品介绍

盐霉素是一种由白色链霉菌产生的聚醚单羧酸。 它可用于预防因猪瘟，中肠埃里氏菌，大头孢菌，布鲁内特氏菌，大肠埃希菌和大肠埃希菌引起的家禽球虫病。 沙利霉素对某些革兰氏阳性细菌具有活性，而肠杆菌科则具有抗性。 盐霉素对产气荚膜梭菌也有抑制作用，因此使用盐霉素可降低肉鸡坏死性肠炎的发生率。盐霉素被认为是标记残留物，皮肤/脂肪被认为是靶组织。与其他聚醚离子载体相比，盐霉素在鸡蛋中产生的残留水平相对较低。盐霉素-HRP 缀合物是通过ELISA定量盐霉素的基本试剂。

简要概述

ReadiUse TMB底物溶液是美国AAT Bioquest生产的ReadiUse系列染料，辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）和HRP缀合物在过氧化氢存在下促进ABTS氧化，将ABTS转化为其蓝绿色氧化产物。 ReadiUse TMB底物溶液是TMB底物与过氧化氢的预混溶液。 它在与HRP或HRP缀合物相互作用时产生蓝色产物而不添加过氧化氢。 可溶性蓝色产物可在650nm下定量。 使用终止溶液可以将灵敏度提高2-4倍，并且可以在450nm处读取所得的黄色溶液。 ReadiUse TMB底物解决方案提供了一种方便且超灵敏的定量底物系统。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商，为您提供最优质的ReadiUse TMB底物溶液。

产品说明书

样品实验方案

1.在HRP标记的试剂温育后洗涤测定板。

2.每孔加入100μLReadiUse TMB溶液。

3.将板在室温下孵育15-30分钟或直至产生所需的颜色。注意：孵育时间取决于测定条件。

4.用ELISA酶标仪测量650 nm处的吸光度信号。注意：如果需要，可以通过向每个孔中加入等体积的2M硫酸来终止反应。停止反应应在450 nm处读取。
