简要概述

ReadiUse 1 kb Plus DNA Ladder是即用型DNA Ladder。 它由26个单独的DNA片段组成:25k,10k,8k,6k,5k,4k,3k,2.5k,2k,1.5k,1.2k,1k,900、800、700、600、500、450、400, 350、300、250、200、150、100和50个碱基对,它们来自PCR产物和特异性消化的质粒DNA的混合物。 该产品包含四个增强的频段(3k,1.2k,500和200 bp),以方便参考。 此外,还添加了三种示踪染料,分别模拟电泳过程中4,000 bp,500 bp和50 bp dsDNA迁移的二甲苯基氰基FF,溴酚蓝和橙G,以进行实时检测。
