简要概述
PD-10脱盐柱包含Sephadex G-25树脂，可通过重力流或离心作用快速交换缓冲液，脱盐并去除样品中的少量污染物（盐，染料，放射性标记）。 它是冗长而乏味的透析程序的一种替代方法。 脱盐和缓冲液交换通过重力流（1.0至2.5 mL样品）或离心（1.75至2.5 mL样品）进行。 在重力作用下，除盐率通常> 98％，在离心作用下> 90％。 样品回收率通常在70％至> 95％的范围内。
