生物素修饰的脱氧鸟苷5′-三磷酸酯广泛用于各种非放射性DNA标记反应,包括切口平移,随机引物标记,cDNA标记和3′-末端标记。可以通过切口平移,随机引物,3′-末端末端标记或PCR的方法将生物素11-dGTP酶促地掺入DNA中。数字“ 11”是dGTP与生物素之间连接子骨架中的碳原子数。连接子越长,生物素与抗生物素蛋白的相互作用越有效。另一方面,接头越短,dGTP就越有效地掺入DNA。建议链接器’11’的长度对于大多数应用而言是最佳的。 Biotin-11-dGTP用于在各种杂交应用中产生生物素化的DNA探针,包括Southern印迹,Northern印迹,斑点印迹,固定细胞和组织。它在化学上等同于PerkinElmer(PE)的NEL541001EA。
